Met with the owner of the property and he has not been dumping oil on the ground. Did look around and found no oil stains on the ground. Someone worked on a car on the street and oil dumped on the street portion by the curb and ran down the street. This happen some time ago like a few months ago. Will check with supervison on closing the case. RV. |
