Arrived on scene condo community, did not see any chords running from other apartments to this apartment check the front as well as the rear. Ring doorbell which was a sign that they do have electricity, no one came to the door, there was an outdoor spicket for water which I did turn on. All indications show utilities no one home at the time. Did post a notice for them to return my call |
