My findings are as follow:
> The electric service showed hazardous conditions to unit #1. There were numerous electrical hazards at the service. Workmanship does not match work done at time of service upgrade.
> Unit #2 had the fire damage to the interior.
> The interior received excessive smoke damage.
> The bedrooms were missing smoke alarms. There was evidence that they may have been present at the time of the fire.
> The fire was in the rear bedroom at the electrical receptacle below the the window A/C unit. Bothe were damaged.
> Egress was restricted due to storage and debris.
> I met with the owner and issued NOV's for permits and emergency abatement.
> Owner was upset at the disconnection of power to unit #1 due to electrical hazards.
> Units were posted unsafe to occupy.
> TFD Called Red Cross.
