RESEARCH CONDUCTED WAS AS FOLLOWS: USING THE GIS MAP GUIDE I PULLED THE PIMA COUNTY PLAT MAP WHICH IDENTIFIED THIS AREA AS A PRIVATE EASEMENT INSIDE PRIVATE PROPERTY.
I WENT TO TRAFFIC AND ENGINEERING TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT DOMNTOWN, THEY ALSO STATED THAT THIS IS PRIVATE PROPERTY WITH A PRIVATE EASEMENT IN THIS AREA. THIS IS A CIVIL MATTER. THE CITY OF TUCSON HAS NO JURISDICTION FOR PARKING ISSUES ON PRIVATE PROPERTY. NO CODE VIOLATION AT THIS TIME. CLOSE CASE
