Found approved plans and shows the seating area that is being questioned approved in 2006. Did talk to Eric Newcomb the commerical reviewer and stated if showed on the plan and has been approved, that is is approved if not changed and is as shown on the plans. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
