Material has been transferred back to the location it came from (across street at 1055 S Norris Ave) by Southwest Hazard Control. That property is State owned, but under management of TDOT/Real Estate. SWHC will be continuing to mitigate disposal of the material under the direction of Terracon (Engineering Firm), TDOT. The illegal dumping and/or attractive nuisance violation has been abated since the material has been moved and rescured by appropriate personnel. |
