Matt, of MWM, is looking to get TCO in next 2to3 weeks for stocking the 4 new residency buildings, then cleaning staff, in order to get TCO for occupancy in about 4 weeks. This has been discussed with eng. and fire, along with submittals of chlorinization and balance approvals. He is aware of the needs in separating remaining construction areas from the public. |
