Fire alarm issues:

Smoke detector 20th floor server room is within 3' of the air needs to be relocated to meet code

Provide documentation regarding the audibility/intelligibility test has been performed

Breaker for the power supply 24th floor ELP-24 CKT 1 needs to be red as required by NFPA 70

Electrical panel schedule needs to reflect that Crkt 1 is the FAPS and not telco

Confirm that the fire alarm is sending alarm, trouble and supervisory signals off-site

Confirm the stairwell pressurization is kicking on

Confirm that the atrium smoke control is kicking on

Confirm the elevator recall protocol

Confirm fire alarm activation on 20th floor with water flow







Other building issues (CBRE Responsibility):

Fire alarm has multiple troubles on it that shall be repaired prior to obtaining C of O for 20th floor

Printer for the fire alarm system is not operating

Door to FACP needs a sign that reads "Fire Command Room"

Fire alarm communicators that are obsolete shall be removed from the system

Electrical panel 24th floor needs to be properly labeled and locked out regarding fire alarm, booster panels and applicable amplifiers

Provide current copy of the fire alarm inspection report
