Foam sleeve or wrap all water lines below grade with required/approved foam insulation. All 2" drain lines to have 1/4" per foot slope towards the building drain. All--Copper to Galvanized pipe connections shall be separated with a Brass nipple or approved dielectric fitting to prevent oxidation reduction (electrolisis/decomposition) of the pipes .
There shold be a 10 foot high secured ABS pipe that fills the complete DWV system to pressure test the system for leaks.
