Sleeve ABS DWV parallel through footing with a solid materioal that will not compromise poured footing strength. Termite spray required 24 hours before you pour the monolithic slab and footings. Tape rebar standoffs pounded into dirt to prevent rusting within the soil. Water pipe shall have clearance from horizontal footing rebar, cement and aggregate must have encapsulating and flow space to not create a void. |
