12/29/2017 ENGINEERING - FINAL Partial Approval DISCUSSED THIS SITES CURRENT CONDITIONS WITH CLAYTON TREVILLYAN, AND THE ADA ACCESS FROM THE PARKING INTO THE BUILDING.
THIS SITE WILL BE ALLOWED A TEMPORARY CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY IN ITS CURRENT CONDITION WITH THE STIPULATION THAT THE ADA ACCESS PARKING SPACES, ACCESS AISLES, AND MARKED PATHWAYS BE BROUGHT INTO COMPLIANCE.
1) SOME OF THE PARKING SPACES AND ACCESS AISLES EXCEED THE 2% MAXIMUM RUNNING OR CROSS SLOPES AND NEED TO BE BROUGHT BACK INTO COMPLIANCE. THE ACCESS AISLES FOR THE FOUR PARKING SPACES IN THE SOUTHEAST QUADRANT OF THE PARKING LOT IS SHOWN ON THE APPROVED PLANS TO HAVE A 4' PATHWAY BETWEEN THE PARKING SPACES THAT WOULD ALLOW FOR SAFE PASSAGE BETWEEN THE NORTHERN AND SOUTHERN PARKING SPACES TO THE PEDESTRIAN PATHWAY THAT RUNS PERPENDICULAR TO THE P.A.A.L. VERIFY THAT THERE IS ENOUGH SPACE BETWEEN THE PARKING BLOCKS FOR THIS ACCESS.
2) THE PEDESTRIAN PATHWAYS FROM THE PARKING SPACES INTO THE BUILDING IS OUT OF COMPLIANCES AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS FROM THE PARKING SPACES TO THE FRONT DOOR ENTRANCE LOCATED ON THE WEST FACE OF THIS BUILDING. ALL AREA BEING UTILIZED FOR THE PEDESTRIAN PATHWAY CANNOT EXCEED THE 2% CROSS SLOPE OR THE 5% RUNNING SLOPE. REPAIR ALL AREAS PRIOR TO CALLING IN FOR THE FINAL INSPECTION OF ENGINEERING.
3) ENSURE GENERAL CLEANUP OF THE SITE ONCE ALL REPAIRS HAVE BEEN MADE, AND THAT CONSTRUCTION TRASH AND DEBRIS ARE LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE PEDESTRIAN ACCESS PATHWAYS.
