dwv and shower pans are not under test. Repair top plates at plumbing pipes on exterior walls. Seal floor penetrations and hole in electrical panel. Tighten loose anchor bolts, correct torn ducts, isolate pex from gang nailers, provide freeze protection in any uninsulated areas. Install romex connector in exterior recepticle box. Locate SDs 3 feet from air vents. |
