| 07/12/2017 | FRAMING | Not ready for Inspection | protect copper from stucco, seal all floor penetrations, provide top plate repair at int top plate, nail protection shall extend down 2". Protective bushing at stove recepticle box is not in all the way, note a clamping device is required per code. Support flex ducts. Going forward please start using code approved strapping or clamps for copper tubing, ie lineset. Provide a city approved plan revision for changes made to garage wall, mech equip, condensate and any other changes. Redline plan for now with changes to follow. Grey washer not yet installed. |
