HE WILL NEED TO HAVE THESE COMPLETED BY THE TIME THAT THEY CALL IN FOR THE TCO FOR THE NEW BUILDING. 1) HE WILL NEED TO HAVE THE SIDEWALK SCUPPERS INSTALLED IN ALL LOCATIONS FOR THE NEW BUILDING OF THE SITE. ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE EXISTING STRUCTURE OR CLASSROOMS IT HAS BEEN NOTED THAT 2 ROOF DRAINS ARE DEPOSITING WATER DIRECTLY ONTO THE SIDEWALK . THESE AREAS WILL NEED TO HAVE SCUPPERS INSTALLED INTO THE SIDEWALKS TO ALLOW FOR THE WATER TO BE PASSED UNDERNEATH THE PEDESTRIAN ACCESS AREA. 2) MISSING HANDRAIL WILL NEED TO BE INSTALLED IN ALL THE AREAS THAT THEY HAVE CHOSEN FOR IT TO BE INSTALLED. 3) INSTALL THE ASTRO TURF, HANDRAIL, AND ALL OTHER ITEMS THAT ARE NEEDED IN THE PLAY AREA ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE SITE OR BLOCK IT OFF FROM USE. 4) CLEAN UP ALL CONSTRUCTION TRASH, DEBRIS, EXTRAL OR MISCELLANEOUS MATERIAL FROM WITHIN THE AREAS WHERE IT WILL BE OPENED TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. 5) FENCE OFF ALL AREAS OF THE SITE THAT ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION OR RESTRICTED FROM PUBLIC ACCESS. 6) THE FENCES/RAILINGS HAVE NOT BEEN INSTALLED AROUND THE SITE AT THIS TIME, TEMPORARY FENCING MATERIAL MAY NEED TO BE INSTALLED TO PREVNT ACCEASS FROM THOSE AREAS. 7) COMPLETE THE WALL ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE PLAY AREA SOUTH OF THE NEW STRUCTURE AND ALL OTHER ITEMS THAT MIGHT AFFECT THE USE. 8) COMPLET THE PLACEMENT OF ROCK RIP RAP ON MIRAFI 180N FILTER FABRIC ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE SITE, AND THE ALLEY ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF THE SITE AS DIRECTED PER THE APPROVED PLANS AND THE PIA AGREEMENTS WITH COT TRANSPORTATION. 9) THE LOT ON THE WEST SIDE OF THIS SITE BELONGS TO WALGREENS, AND HAS BEEN UTILIZED BY EAGLE ROCK AS A STORAGE AREA FOR THEIR EXCESS DIRT, CONCRETE SPOILS AND OTHER CONSTRUCTION TRASH AND DEBRIS. I CONTACTED MARK MARTIN WITH CANYON/EAGLE ROCK AND HAVE ADVISED HIM THAT THE REMOVAL OF THIS EXCESS MATERIAL, AND CONSTRUCTION TRASH & DEBRIS NEEDS TO BE REMOVED BY THE END OF THIS WEEK OR IT MAY AFFECT THE ISSUANCE OF THE TCO ON 3/22/18. |
