need address on house. Smoke alarms outside of sleeping areas need to be both smoke and carbon or a separate carbon detector due to attached garage. Missing hardware at exterior furnace door. Need prior corrections figured addressed as the last inspection was more than a year ago. Need drawings on site. Need special inspection paperwork and fire sprinkler inspection approval paperwork onsite. After speaking with contractor I made a recommendation having all his paperwork up-to-date and on-site and meeting inspector at the house. |
