10/12/2017 FIRE - FINAL Partial Approval Contractor contacted me directly to request a partial Fire Inspecton for phase 2 to include theaters 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, & 15. All units passed. Contractor stated that no alteration had been made to the sprinkler system in these units and no alterations to the emergency operations for the lights and sound. I was able to reinspect the Emergenct Light in #1 and it is functioning normal at this time. I instructed the contractor to contact the permit line and request the fire final, sprinkler final, and alarm final throught the proper way. Contractor stated that he will need an early inspection for the finals around 7am due to occupancy of units strting at 0830 and the cooperation with the mall during the fire Alarm tests.
08/24/2017 FIRE - FINAL Partial Approval Building Insp. M.P. informed contractor of the need for a Fire Inspection Partial for units 1-8 to open theaters for use. Contractor called me and requested an inspection due to needing to open this weekend.

Unit 1- Tape on a sprinkler head was removed in my presence. Also, had an emergency exit sign fail at enterance door. Emergency lighting was within 4' of the door. Contractor will have repaired or replaced by final inspection.

FireAlarm test was NOT performed at this time. Early morning Fire Alram test will need to be scheduled.

Units 1-8 Partial approval.

Reduced occ load by 60% overall.
