12/17/2016 TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION Continued Tricon and on site at 7:30am. Told Dave-Tricon to mitigate silt build up from stockpiles due to overnight rain. Tricon admitted to damaging 2 sections of curb on East and West sides of Columbus at similar station to excavation. CPC truck arrived at 10:15am to begin shot-crete of banded section of pipe. Tucson Water on site to observe. Shot-crete complete at 1:00pm. Concerned citizen alerted me to stop sign obstructed by palo vere tree at Colombus and Seneca. Will forward concern to S&TM.
12/15/2016 TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION Continued 12/13/16 Tricon began excavation on the 54 in water line and installed shoring boxes
12/14/16 Tucson water performed testing on the pipe
12/15/16 Tucson water relieving pressure on the pipe so Tricon can do the repairs, slow day just waiting mostly
