10/31/16 Tricon backfilled the area and temp. opened the are back up. No repairs as of yet. Tricon and Tucson water are in disagreement on issues.

10/14/2016 TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION Continued Tricon started construction today, excavated the two valves which need to be replaced. Concrete and asphalt damaged during the excavation will be replaced by Tricon
