Date Description Inspector Results Comments
12/12/2016 TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION Approved Final.
12/08/2016 TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION Continued Slopes on Hedrick ramps and sidewalk check ok.
12/02/2016 TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION Continued 1.) Met with Dan Robertson and reps from developer and contractor about slope issues at driveway entrances off Campbell & off Hedrick. Campbell driveway will have a slight low spot at the header curb caused by defect in the road allowing for a small section along the gutter to drain inwards in all directions at 1%. To minimize th amount of water that may travel onto the lot, lead inspector is allowing the contractor to pour the concrete driveway 0.5" higher than the header at the area. A 2" COT eclectric conduit that runs along the header on the property side is only about 1" below grade. Removing and replacing the header will damage the line or Campbell or both.

2.) Hedrick St. was determined by phone call to Blanca Espino to not be a collector street, therefore the approach slope for driveway is allowed to not exceed 15% per standard detail.
