The remaining issue that needs to be dealt with is the placement of sign.Two options:.. 1.The signs proposed placement is in a major utility easement. You would need letters of approval and blue staking from all utilities companies, Gas, TEP, cable, Water & sewer. 2.The only alternative is to place the sign along Pandora which would require a variance. Variances are along and complicated procedure. |
