THE SIGN SHOULD EITHER BE MOVED OUT OF THE 100' YEAR FLOOD AREA, OR FURTHER ENGINEERING CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED TO SUPPORT THE SIGN INSTALLATION WITHIN THE DRAINAGE AREA WILL BE SAFELY ABLE TO HANDLE THE POWER OF A 100' YEAR FLOW EVENT, ALL ELECTRIC TO BE 1' ABOVE THE MAXIMUM 100' YEAR EVENT FLOW LINE, AND THAT VOLUME OF THE SIGN WILL NOT DISTURB THE 100' YEAR FLOW TO SPILL OVER INTO ADJACENT RIGHT OF WAY. THIS IS PER BOTH THE FLOODPLAIN MANUAL AND THE DRAINAGE MANUAL IN CONSUTLATION WITH ENGINEER PAUL BAUGHMAN. |
