Good morning - Attached are the proposed signage plans to be used for both the historic review process (HPZ) and the Board of Adjustment (BA) variance process. Staff has reviewed, signed and dated each page of these plans as the "BA/HPZ" final plan set. (The site plan is 24x36 and is signed, delivery to HPZ in person).



David - please connect with Mr. Taku to proceed through the historic review process.



We will make a separate appt with you to discuss the variance submittal process. The submittal deadline for the variance process is 10/24 for the 11/30 hearing. (Recall - a public mail out is required though in advance of that deadline - check the "reader's digest" email of the variance process - and application emailed prior.




The variances applicable to this proposal, per the Sign Code (Chapter 3), Historic District:

Section 3-81 B. Total number of signs: One (1) per street frontage per premises, except that businesses with frontage on more than two (2) streets are permitted to have a total of no more than three (3) signs.

Section 3-81.C. Maximum area of any sign: Eight (8) square feet.
