The existing four (4) crosses are non conforming roof signs.
The newly propose four (4)crosses would increase the sign area of the entire site by 9.75 sq ft.
The Sign Code does not allow for an increase in the size of a non-conforming sign.
You may want to consider replacing the crosses with new ones that maintain the current sign area of 18 sq ft per elevation.
