on application, footer depth is 3 x 3 on front page - but on site it's dug out to 18" wide by 3' deep per last page of footers. 2 footers okay to proceed with 18" width x 3' depth. (35 sqft sign no engineering needed) setback ok per DR with - HT and BW |
