This Walmart is billed annually for each sign they have (indicated in our records) Currently our records indicate that Walmart is being billed for 15 signs, 6 of which are WALL signs on the NORTH elevation. We need to know if any of Walmarts 15 sign are being replaced/removed, so that we can remove them from our records, or else Walmart get billed for 15 signs plus the 6 new signs (total 21 signs)that you are now applying for.
