| 11/03/2016 | FIRE INSP - STATE LICENSE | Denied | On November 3, 2016 a fire safety inspection was conducted at the above location. The following violations were discovered and shall be corrected to gain compliance with the 2012 Tucson Fire Code. TFC 1008.1.9 Door operations. Except as specifically permitted by this section egress doors shall be readily openable from the egress side without the use of a key or special knowledge or effort. 1) You shall remove the key locking mechanism from the exit door from Room with rock climbing wall. TFC 605.3.1 Labeling. Doors into electrical control panel rooms shall be marked with a plainly visible and legible sign stating ELECTRICAL ROOM or similar approved wording. The disconnecting means for each service, feeder or branch circuit originating on a switchboard or panel board shall be legibly and durably marked to indicate its purpose unless such purpose is clearly evident. 1) You shall label the breakers in your breaker box. TFC 315.3 Storage in buildings. Storage of materials in buildings shall be orderly and stacks shall be stable. TFC 315.3.1 Ceiling clearance. Storage shall be maintained 2 feet (610 mm) or more below the ceiling in non-sprinklered areas of buildings or a minimum of 18 inches (457 mm) below sprinkler head deflectors in sprinklered areas of buildings. 1) You shall adhere to storage codes above in your storage room. |
