09/22/2016 | FIRE INSP - STATE LICENSE | Denied | TFC 903.4 SPRINKLER SYSTEM SUPERVISION AND ALARMS All valves controlling the water supply for sprinkler systems, pumps, tanks, water levels and temperatures, critical air pressures and water flow switches on all sprinkler systems shall be electrically supervised by a listed fire alarm control unit. 1) A lock out switch shall be placed on the circuit labeled Fire Alarm. TFC 1008.1.9.4 BOLT LOCKS. Manually operated flush bolts or surface bolts are not permitted. 1. You shall remove surface mounted slide bolt on restroom doors. You may use a ΒΌ turn bolt or handle turn lock to secure door from the inside. TFC 605.4 MULTIPLUG ADAPTERS. Multi plug adapters, such as cube adapters, unfused plug strips or any other device not complying with NFPA 70 shall be prohibited. 1. Remove cube adapter connected to power strip in office. TFC 1008.1.9.3 LOCKS AND LATCHES. In an 'A' occupancy ( the library is an A3) with an occupant load of 300 or less the main exterior door is permitted to be equipped with a key operated locking device when there is a readily visible and durable sign on the egress side on or adjacent to the door that reads THIS DOOR TO REMAIN UNLOCKED WHILE THE BUILDING IS OCCUPIED. 1.You shall place sign or remove key locking device from the library main exit. |
