Power to the interior of the structure has not been energized. There is partial boarding to the windows and doors. There are broken windows and one of the rear doors appears to be opened. There is refuse and debris scattered on the property. Met with the owner and her father. Informed them of the conditions and gave them the copies of the NOV and Indemnification notice. Four (4) days on the board-up and ten(10) days for the refuse and The father said he will call TEP tomarrow and have the electric disconnected. Upon return if item are not done I informed them that I will take care of it. |
