On site due to referral from TPD via Rick M. TPD was not on site; There are 5 units at location with 2 buildings, one is a 4-plex and one is single unit. The single unit is vacant, secured, and has a for rent sign. All other units appear appropriately occupied. I have a current RMIN case for unit C, which is in progress; appointment for that is set for next Tuesday. No violation at time of inspection. |
