Received a complaint for the address of 6821 East Broadway Boulevard property with no heat unit B12 when I arrive to the property I did notice that the heating was being checked and was advised by manager that tenant was going to be moved to another unit due to heat cant be fixed, will follow up on heat complaint and will be issuing a notice to owners to address temporary heating for up to five days till tenant is moved to a new unit. I will contact Arturo the Section 8 supervision and advice and refer over to them on unit inspection. |
