Was called out by Communications to assist Tucson fire at the property of 2837 North Campbell, fire seems to have started with the coffee roasting machine, damages were to the center of the building, damaged were to electrical lines, Rafters, ceiling, also has penetration holes in the roof, gas was also turned off due to equipment wasn't posted with ul-listed codes. Southwest Gas pinned meter, electrical panel was also locked with TEP locks. Owner will need to obtain all proper permits for all repairs, clearance before turning power back on, will be issuing notices and posting unfit to occupy. |
