New owner: some refuse removed since previous inspection under previous owner, but there remains an accumulation of refuse on east side yard and rear, including scattered debris, remnants of shed, fencing, greenwaste; dead 40' tree on east side yard; multiple palm trees in front and rear yards have excessive dead fronds below 10'; truck topper JMV visible in rear yard, fencing removed; accumulation of vegetation over 6" in rear/side yards, front ok; no trespassing signs removed, need replacement; graffiti on back wall of structure. |
