The building was involved in a truck hitting the building and went inside with the tenant to check for damage to the building. There was no damage to the main sturcture except where the metal beam is located over the glass window in the front of the building. Due to the beam being pulled down on the other units, the section of beam in this was raised and has a gap at the ceiling area. The store can remain opened and the tenant was advised that when the work starts on the repairs, that the store may be required to be closed to check and make needed repairs. The tenant needs to get with the owner of the property once the work is going to start. Will check in 45 days. RV. |
