The unit is vacant and secured. Did meet the tenant and still needing some repairs on the ceiling and cleaning of the property. Address is still lacking and all the permit issues have been completed. The permit T16CM09632 issued on 12-30-16 and the last inspection was on 1-13-17. Did meet with the owner on site and will be calling in the finals in soon. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
