The kitchen ceiling has been removed, the cabinets have been removed. Went over the permit in the kitchen being required and has mixed outlet of double prong and grounded outlets and will need to check on the wiring to match the outlets. Will check in 60 days. RV.
01/18/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The unit is vacant and unsecured with the window to the bathroom opened and the rear door is opened. All the items that were in the unit have been removed. Did call the owner to let him know that the unit is opened and he will stop by and secure the unit this evening. The owner is having issues with the insurance on settling on the amount for the damage of the fire. Will check in 60 days. RV.
