THE ENCLOSURE HAS MISMATCHED BREAKERS WHICH AR NOT PROPERLY SEATED. THE ENCLOSURE IS A SQUARE D PANEL. THERE IS ONE CIRCUIT BREAKER 20 AMP WHICH HAS MULTIPLE CONDUCTORS ON ONE TAP. THERE ARE TWO SINGLE POLE BREAKERS BEING USED FOR ONE CIRCUIT NO HANDLE TIE. THERE IS NO DEAD FRONT, NO LABELING. THERE IS AN ENCLOSURE UNDERNEATH THE COOLER WITH TWO SINGLE POLE BREAKERS ALSO INSTALLED WITHOUT PERMITS AND A HAZARDOUS MANNER, WIRING IS EXPOSED THERE IS NO DEAD NOR A FRONT COVER TO THIS ENCLOSURE, PARK AT RISK FOR FIRE. ALL THE WORK DONE IS NOT APPROVED AND IS WORK WITHOUT PERMITS NOTICE AND ORDER WAS ISSUED ONSITE, THE MOBILE HOME WAS CONDEMNED UNFIT TO OCCUPY THERE ARE USING PVC WATER PIPE AS CONDUIT. ALL OF THE EQUIPMENT WAS TESTED AND ALL EQUIPMENT FOUND IN VIOLATION WAS ENERGIZED CITY OF TUCSON ACTION WAS TO TURN OFF ALL CIRCUIT BREAKERS IN THE EQUIPMENT DISCONNECT. THE ENCLOSURE WAS SECURED BY MANAGERS LOCK. A NOTICE OF VIOLATION WAS SIGNED BY MANAGER AND A PLACARD WAS POSTED ON THE UNIT WHICH READS UNFIT TO OCCUPY PERMITS ARE GOING TO BE REQUIRED FOR THE ELECTRICAL REPAIRS OVERALL: THE MODIFICATIONS TO THE EQUIPMENT DISCONNECT AND THE UNAPPROVED WIRING METHODS ARE HAZARDOUS AND PUT THE TENANTS AND THE PARK TENANTS AT RISK FOR FIRE DAMAGE. |
