Unpaved gated driveway into property with curb cut. The ROW continuing north does not have a sidewalk, but it does continuing south around corner to County Club. At this time, there is no accumulation of dirt on the street or hazardous condition. We would need to have a visual after the incident occurs (after raining?) to assess whether a violation exists.
