12/28/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved ONSITE INSPECTION RESULTS: THE MAIN DISCONNECT DEAD FRONT WAS REINSPECTALL, THE UNUSED OPENINGS WERE CAPPED. THE UNDERGROUND FEEDERS AND CONDUIT WERE REMOVED. THE UNSECURED JUNCTION BOX AND CONDUIT RUNNING OVER THE REAR PORCH DOOR WAS ALL REMOVED. THE 20 AMP RECEPTACLE LOCATED AT THE GAZEBO WAS REMOVED. THE CURRENT VIOLATIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
