Trying to make contact with the owner to check if the fence needs to be extended for another 6-months. There is no permit for the work being done on the block wall being installed. Did leave a message and will keep trying to call the owner. Will check in 7 days. RV.

01/30/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the owner on site due to he was disputing the billing. Did go over on what they were billed for and that he did not answer on the 12-22-16 and had to add a fence panel due to the fencing was moved around and had a lock. The fence had an opening and was not able to close it with out adding a panel. He will go to City Hall to check if the cost can be dropped. The property was vacant and secured. Will check in 45 days. 01/17/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The fence panels have been moved and able to gain entry into the property. Did walk the property and found the bathroom window plywood pulled off but still attached to the window. The door facing the street by the wooden gate has been pulled off and has signs of people staying in the house. Did call the owner and made contact and he was on his way to have the property secured. The interior of the house has been cleaned out and still has items out in the rear yard. Will check in 10 days. RV.
12/22/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Was driving by and found people in the rear yard and the tempoary fence was pulled apart and were going through the fence. Did try and call the owner several times and left messages and received no answer from the owner. Did call Biff Baker Fence to have the area re-secured and will need to add a panel to secure the fence with some Tee posts. Will keep the same follow up date. RV.
