12/06/2016 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Received call from Steve in the office that T.P.D. on site with stabbing. The house needs to be checked due to lacking elctrical, gas and water. Arrived and the house was still being checked by the detectives and were almost completed. The electrical was removed at the pole by the wires being cut. The gas was pinned due to lacking payment. The water was suppose to be off but had water on site. Did check the meter and has been removed and has a spacer and the locking portion has been broken for the water. Did call to have the water department come to site to have the water shut off and called Steve from office to set up the removal of the water to the property. Steve stated that tomorrow the water deparment will do the removal of the water and will look at the spacer. Not able to make contact with the owner and called Arcaiden Industries to the site to secure the property and given permission by Martin Romero the supervisor. The interior of the house has different rooms that have different people staying in the house at different times. The interior has electrical that is being worked on or added and not completed. The toilets have water bottles for the toilets to be used. Mattresses are scattered through out the house for people to sleep. Has food for different people all at different areas for certain groups. The house is being condemned and boarded up and the people that were staying in the house were given time to remove their items. The person that was suppose to be allowed on the property to work on the house did sign the paperwork and was given the copy. Did call Biff Baker Fencing to have a temporary fence placed around a trench and to block the property from being entered. Did do he posting of Do Not Enter on the front window and the rear door on the plywood. Once Secured left the site with the people staying in the alley waiting for a ride to remove their items from the site. Will check in 30 days. RV.
