Spoke on the phone with Millisa the manager and she can not make the inspection. Visited the site and found evidence of mice in more than one unit. The door and walls are where the mice are entering. Found mice dropings in the cupboards, the kitchen, the bathroom, and bedroom. There is a large hole in the wall on the east side of the structure. It has insulation stuffed into and a temporary cover. There are no smoke detectors in the unit. |
