Received call from communication that T.P.D. on site with a electrical wires exposed and a fire. Arrived and the unit was still on site due to another incident on the property. Was shown the exposed wiring and was through out the building in the rear of the main building. The exposed wiring was junction boxes lacking cover plates, smoke detectors that have been removed, lighting the has been removed and the box is opened. Has some light fixtures that have been removed from the boxes and the globes are missing. The electrical panel for the units are lacking some labeling and that was through out the building. Some of the fire extenguisher are missing but the manager has order them and has them in the office already. Has tall grass and weeds with trash and debris through out including the court yards by the sliding glass doors. Did meet with the manager due to has a water leak in the hallway near #130 and #132 and the carpet is soaked with water. Did meet with the tenant in #128 and he has a plugged tub and has not drained for a period of time. The water has been drained with buckets into the toilet. Did go over the other issues on the property and the manager will address in a couple weeks. Will check in 20 days. RV. |
