No compliance; 4 workers were waiting to enter property; I was allowed into front room which had a business style counter and storage rather than a living room or other room typical of residences. The unnamed worker indicated the owner did not live there nor were any of them tenants. The owner has a home occupation business license, but without legitimate occupancy of this residentially zoned property by the owner it becomes a primary commercial use which is not allowable in R-1 zoning. A citation will be issued. |
