Unable to enter property past front gate, no alley. Two signs on front for Circulation Core Services and Hue Video. CCS does have a COT license as home occupation business, but it is same owner as home and this is not his primary residence. Hue Video shows a license at a nearby address on Tucson, but also this residential address and is not listed as a home occ. Both signs are in excess of the allowable 1 sq ft for approved home occ.. |
