12/03/2016 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Received call from communication that T.F.D. on site with a car on the roof. Arrived and the units were still on site and the car had flipped over on the roof of the house. A telephone pole was hit and hit a diverter to a wash and went airborne on the roof. The parapet was not hit or the masonry wall on the ground was also not hit. There was a gas line on the roof that was hit and bent by the car being on top of the gas line. The gas and electrical will be removed at the meters. The roof has holes in several areas and the drywall in the hallway has been knocked down. The owner are still on site and will serve the N.O.V. and the building will be condemned. The owner signed all the paper work and was let in to get the medication and some clothing. They will call tomorrow to go back in to get other items. Once the vehicle was removed, the roof to a bedroom has all been caved in on the east side of the house. The bathroom ceiling has been partially caved in at the tub and shower furr-down in the hallway. The owners have left the site and gave permission to have the house secured once the investigation is completed. An opening was cut in the masonry wall to get the tow truck into the yard area to remove the vehicle. Biff Baker Fencing was called to the site to cover the opening in the fence. Arcaiden was called to the site to secure a door opening. Will check in 30 days. RV.
