Arrived on site, met with the tenants of the property showed me to furnace area with an old unit with duct work rusted out and falling apart by touching it. Tenant tried starting unit several time but unsucessfull, no smoke detectors in hallway or in both bedrooms. Left several messages for owner to call or meet me with no responce. Spoke to supervision, advise owner over the phone and also mail nov to have system efvaluated and in running conditon in 24hrs. |
