Property is vacant and being repaired/remodeled for occupancy/sale. Met contractor on site; only minor drywall, tiling, fixture replacement is being conducted, nothing requiring permit. A new water heater was being installed which does require permit, none on file. HVAC pack on roof appears to have been installed after 4/2013 and 2014, no permit on file. Spoke to owner via phone at location and advised of requirements. |
