Met with tenants and maintman already on site, fire was due to burnt out exhaust fan in master bedroom. Damage was to motor only, with small amount of sheetrock damage from fire suppression activity. Maint man (Ricky) alread on site and was removing the motor. Bob maint supv showed up and was going to replace both exhaust fan motors in both bathrooms and have the wire inspected before replacing them. NOV signed by Bob will follow up on case in 5 days |
