He said he discussed this already with development services and no permit is needed as he is adding a small curb to identify his property boundary line from the recent survey that was done on his property
03/22/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Arrived on site for follow up and met with property owner states have been working with his draftsman Dale Bruder and adjusting paperwork, survey was also done on property will be moving forward with a permit, and will follow inspection card, follow up in 15 days to check activitiy.
02/23/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Follow up to find project on site has not moved forward still holding. DDO is in plan check with no hearing date set yet, also has permit in applied status, they are still moving forward on this case, will follow up in 30 days
01/23/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Arrived on site found project has not moved forward since initial inspection. Contact was made by architect with the City of Tucson and under DDO process once that is finished, they will moved towards obtaining a permit and working through the permit process. Will follow up on case in 30 days
