Arrived on site met with property owner at front door, stated he had hired a contractor to build a carport and a front porch, however did not realize that he needed permits. Has stopped all work until he secures permits. Walked around, noticed front porch being built in framing stage attached to front of home. Along main house structure in framing stage and also attached to main house has been started for a carport along the Eastside, no electricity seen on either project. Gave him information for planning and development services department to pull permit will follow up with a notice of violation back to the property |
